The project concerns the construction of a Villa, located in Cocquio Trevisago (VA) in the hills surrounding Lake Maggiore.

The most important feature of the property is the stupendous elevated location, which is unavoidable from a landscape point of view.

The design study paid special attention to the landscaping of the Villa, which is distinguished by modern typological features, and was equipped with all facilities to ensure a high level of energy efficiency.
