The project concerns the demolition and reconstruction with extension of a Villa located in Brezzo di Bedero (VA) in a position overlooking Lake Maggiore.

The 1950s building has given way to a new Villa built with modern typological characters.

The most important feature of the property is the wonderful location close to the Verbano lake basin, which is inescapable from a landscape point of view.

The design study paid special attention to landscaping while respecting the view of the property from Lake Maggiore.

The fact of making a new construction gave the opportunity to create an organism marked by great energy efficiency.
