Ispra Villa Pk

The project concerns the extraordinary maintenance with expansion of a Villa located directly on Lake Maggiore in Ispra (VA).

The building dating from the early 1900s will be expanded in the front facing Lake Maggiore, and will be equipped with a new swimming pool (infinity pool).

The most important feature of the property is the wonderful location close to the Verbano lake basin, which is inescapable from a landscape point of view.

The design study paid special attention to landscaping while respecting the view of the property from Lake Maggiore.

The property is distinguished by its inclusion in a large private park, which has also been maintained from its state of neglect prior to ‘intervention.

In the intervention, the energy efficiency of the ‘building was improved.
