Ispra Villa Vg2

The project concerns the extraordinary maintenance with expansion of a Villa located directly on Lake Maggiore in Ispra (VA).

The building dating from the 1980s was expanded in the front facing Lake Maggiore through the closure of a present porch, and was completely modernized, also changing the aesthetic appearance and color of the facades.

The most important feature of the property is the wonderful location close to the Verbano lake basin, which is inescapable from a landscape point of view.

The design study paid special attention to landscaping while respecting the view of the property from Lake Maggiore.

The property is distinguished by its inclusion in a large private park, which is positioned in frieze of the so-called “love walk” in the municipality of Ispra (VA).

The energy efficiency of the building was improved in the intervention.
