The project concerns the demolition and reconstruction with extension of a Villa located directly on Lake Maggiore in Laveno Mombello (VA).

The existing 1950s building will make way for a new Villa with pool (infinity pool) built with more modern typological characters than the house that will be demolished.

The most important feature of the property is the wonderful location close to the Verbano lake basin, which is inescapable from a landscape point of view.

The design study paid special attention to ‘landscaping while respecting the view of the property from Lake Maggiore.

Making a new construction will give the opportunity to create an organism marked by great energy efficiency.
