Laveno Mombello Villa Bf

The project concerns the demolition and reconstruction with extension of a rustic house in Laveno Mombello (VA), located within a large plot of land set in a panoramic position overlooking Lake Maggiore.

The rustic building, which has been present since the last century, is characterized by this possibility of extension allowed by the current town planning instrument (Piano di Governo del Territorio) of the Municipality of Laveno Mombello (VA).

The most important feature of the property is the wonderful panoramic position towards the Verbano lake basin, which is inescapable from a landscape point of view, and the distribution of the interior spaces of the new building favors this fundamental aspect of view.

Within the park, which will be maintained by enhancing its characteristics ti naturalistic type, a new swimming pool with attached barbecue area will be located.

The typological characters of the property reflect the G.P.T. requirement to create architecture that fits into the rural landscape.

In the intervention, great attention was paid to the energy efficiency of the building.
