Leggiuno Villa RCS

The project concerns the renovation with extension of a Villa located directly on Lake Maggiore in Leggiuno (VA).

The 1960s building has given way to a new Villa built with more modern typological features than the house that was renovated.

The most important feature of the property is the wonderful location close to the Verbano lake basin, which is inescapable from a landscape point of view.

The design study paid special attention to landscaping while respecting the view of the property from Lake Maggiore.

The fact of making a new construction gave the opportunity to create an organism marked by the best energy efficiency.
