Laveno Mombello Villa Rb

The project concerns the demolition and reconstruction with extension of a Villa located directly on Lake Maggiore in Laveno Mombello (VA).

The old building has given way to a new Villa with swimming pool, built with more modern typological characters than the house that was demolished.

The most important feature of the property is the wonderful location within a private park not far from the Verbano lake basin.

The design study paid special attention to the modernization of the building, while duly respecting the form and site of the dwelling required by the municipal planning instrument.
