The project concerns the construction of a Villa, located in Leggiuno (VA) on Lake Maggiore.

The most important feature of the property is the wonderful location, overlooking the Verbano lake basin, which is inescapable from a landscape point of view.

The design study paid special attention to the landscaping in respect of the view of the property from Lake Maggiore, and to the distribution of interior spaces that would favor the view of the lake basin.

The resulting Villa has modern typological features, and will be equipped with all facilities to ensure a high level of energy efficiency.

There will be a swimming pool on the large terrace on the first floor, as well as a wooden porch.
